Return/Shipping/Warranty Policies

RETURNS:

To ensure the best quality, we do not accept returns for consumable merchandise. This includes bath or body products, candles, cone incense, food products of any kind, fragrances, any consumable personal product, room sprays, reed diffusers, skincare, or stick incense. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered products that have not been contaminated by any outside sources.

No returns on electrical and mechanical items unless defective. Some of these items may be covered by the manufacturer and have mail-in warranties that can be returned to them.

Absolutely no returns after 7 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges on Sale or Clearance items. Unless due to an error on our part or if the merchandise is defective, the return will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (if shipped) to cover the costs of packaging, labor, and credit card fees we have incurred. If items have already shipped when the return is made, shipping costs will not be refunded, and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the products to Brass Velvet Trading Co. In-store credit only is issued, no cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued unless due to an error on our part.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via our standard shipping option.

Expedited shipping may be available for faster delivery at an extra cost. Please reach out to us via CONTACT US on the Contact page if interested in this option.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays) may impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to assist with any concerns.

Brass Velvet Trading Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for guidance.

At this time, online purchases and free shipping is to US customers only unless special arrangements are made prior to the sale.

DAMAGES:

Certain products are fragile and are temperature sensitive. Brass Velvet Trading Co. endeavors to pack all products carefully in order to prevent breakage. Damage is usually caused by careless handling during shipping. We recommend that you check your order carefully upon receipt, especially if the package appears damaged externally. If your package or its contents are visibly damaged upon receipt notify the shipper immediately as you probably have a claim with them.

Some items in our store come with warranties. The responsibility is 100% on the customer to make sure they turn in any and all information needed regarding the warranty to the manufacturer.
